Cindy graduated with honors from Indiana Business College in 1996. She has worked in many specialties within coding and auditing. She performed auditing and provider education for the documentation guidelines while employed by St Vincent Primary Care Network and is now an AAPC Approved Instructor. At HMC, she oversees all billing and educational aspects of the organization, ensuring highest quality of compliance and accuracy. She also teaches the educational courses offered by HMC.

Personal

Cindy’s family is really important, and she loves hanging out with her three sons and grandson. She is active with Pal For Paws Dog Rescue and has 3 rescues at home Dixie, Hank, and Cookie. Her hobbies are sewing, crocheting, and gardening.
